We were able to use B2B data, such as sales pipeline information from our CRM system into BI dashboards so we could have better visibility of performance metrics across multiple channels (web/email). The support team was very helpful when I needed assistance getting set up or questions answered about how best to utilize their services within my organization's needs! There really isn't much that one can say against this product if you are looking at it purely through an analytical lens - however they did not provide enough customization options where your reporting would be more specific than what came out by default. Their dashboard offerings do offer some nice features but require additional development work beyond just providing access points via API calls; think "plug-and play" type functionality rather then custom configurable reports without dev time investment required upfront. This software provided us insight regarding which leads had been contacted most often during certain periods throughout different quarters versus other contact methods available.
