Review on ThreadNanny by Jim Dahl

ThreadNanny experience was disappointing

I was eager to try ThreadNanny as someone who is new to the sewing and art worlds because of their guarantees of premium items and top-notch customer service. Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience with the business. The small range of products was the first problem I ran into. Despite their claim to specialize in a wide range of products, I found their selection to be extremely limited and lacked the variety I required. In addition, the prices were significantly higher than those of other market vendors. In addition, the things I bought from ThreadNanny were of subpar quality. I bought cheap trims and embellishments like rhinestones and sequins, and many of them broke or lost their luster after just a few usage. Additionally, the sewing products' materials did not live up to their claims of durability. Last but not least, I was unimpressed with ThreadNanny's customer support. My questions to their team of specialists were not promptly answered, and they were unhelpful in addressing my worries regarding the caliber of their offerings. I got the impression that they were uninterested in my needs and that they didn't care whether I was a happy customer. In conclusion, I am unable to suggest ThreadNanny to anyone looking for premium art and sewing products. They are a bad option on the market due to their small product range, exorbitant costs, subpar product quality, and unimpressive customer service.

Pros
  • Superior quality on offer.
Cons
  • Support is painfully slow.
