Bought three of these. One of them arrived with a torn box and apparently someone had sealed the hole with tape but the item was intact. The other was missing the hardware package and the box was intact so I couldn't put together a wall mount stand. Pros: You look great in space! Strong enough when the fasteners are not in use. Cons: Directions are useless. It comes with a booklet with just two steps, with no information on what size drill bit to use for anchors or anything like that. The supplied dowels are unusable. I used a 1/4" bit smaller than the width of the anchor, hammered it lightly to level with the wall and watched as it began to turn with the screw provided when the screw was about halfway through its length reached. Do it yourself. Do a favor and use your own with a screw that fits the mounting bracket instead. To be honest I would give this 5 stars if the hardware package wasn't missing, the instructions along with pictures gave all the details and if it came with an updated anchor mount I can't give 5 stars to a product if it would have made me swear when installing :)
