Nonsense. When I shook it back and forth with my hand, it took a second for it to resist after changing direction. Intuitively this seemed like a bad thing, but it wasn't until later that I found out that it would become essentially useless. Not knowing at the time whether it was necessary or not, I installed it because the price was right and I was hoping it would be "good enough" for my light off-road use. nope After driving it on different roads and off-road at different speeds, it doesn't seem to be very efficient. I do not know. I just ordered two Quadratrc Teraflex steering stabilizers for $55 each (discounted) along with a Rubicon Express Dual Stabilizer Bracket Kit. Let's see if it gets better. I will also be installing AEV front arm geometry correction mounts as my Jeep JKU has a 2" AEV jack. Hopefully these things will do a better job of eliminating light steering at high speeds and reducing steering feedback from washboard roads at low speeds.
