Great marine toilet but only if you vent it and that's easy to do with a 5/8 hose, screw clamp and body vent. I don't like any brand of portable toilet if it's not vented because the pressure builds up inside due to the gas caused by the contents decomposing in warm weather. This also happens when toilet chemicals are added. It's one of the few portable toilets sized to fit in tight spaces like a vented boat. It also has a port for side dumping or deck pumping, but I'd rather detach it and give it a good clean. I would never recommend a side discharge into the water.
