This is my second DeLonghi EC680 Dedica, both bought from Revain. First one I bought at a discount from Revain Warehouse. I sent it back after receiving it without any components and after noticing that the on/off button didn't work within the first week of use (after about the 10th. Today I finally opened a new one after seeing a After I completed the 'Appliance Setup' where I turned on the steam/hot water spout, the machine immediately started making a loud 'knock-knock-knock-knock-knock', turned it off, turned it off sure the water tank was safe (it was) and again started boom boom boom boom After about 7-10 seconds water starts to squirt But on a seemingly unreasonable overload of the pump I had listening to the Cars felt like even a discounted used car sounded less defective than this one.Knowing already that this machine can make incredible coladas and ristrettos, I'll be returning to Revain to see if I can finally get one e machine that has everything and works properly.
