Pros: The door handle was easy to install. Easiest pen I've ever installed. The screws are on the side of the lock on the handle in case you think you forgot them. It is very heavy and looks just like the photos. You get 3 keys that all fit and lock the handle. Cons: The handle is defective. See my photos. The biggest problem. Don't stay locked. Lift the handle and a knock unlocks instantly. Check out my video. Inside, the locking handle simply rotates in either direction. Doesn't block everything. Conclusion: I got what I paid for. I won't return it because it's for my back door and we never lock it. I have two 90 lb dogs that guard the house. I needed a pen because I have nerve damage in my hand and it helps me open the door. If you need a locking handle, just keep going.
