Wonderful steam pans. I have several that I have owned for 40 years and use every day so was pleased to see them available from Revain. We used them when I worked at a restaurant for everything from food prep to food storage and their intended use on the steam table. They're incredibly versatile and will last a lifetime, making the initial investment worth it. They are made of durable stainless steel and are available in very handy sizes and depths. They are useful at home as well and I have many sizes, we use them for everything and they are used daily, I can't live without them. I love that I can put leftovers in and just pop them in the oven. They can be stored in the fridge, freezer or oven. All of them hold up a lot more than meets the eye. I can get a whole shredded pork shoulder in a 1/4 2.5 inch pan. I bought lids that actually fit. i love 1/2 6 inches is great as an extra sink. Smaller and flatter ones are great for leftovers and with lids they stack perfectly. If you cook a lot like me you will love this. I highly recommend it.
