This is a good quality stool to buy if you are looking for an ergonomic stool. Before that I bought a stool from another brand with a soft seat. I thought the padding would increase comfort, but I was wrong! The flat seat is better and improves balance and comfort. It will take you time to get used to the chair, but you will learn to balance. It's easy to pick up and move, but it's durable. I can use the stool for hours, but it's good to get up and walk around. I also have two seating areas in my office for visitors, which I will occasionally use as a stool break. If you are looking for an ergonomic stool, it is worth buying this brand.
