This stool was recommended to my teenager with special needs by a piano/music teacher. This allows him to move around in his place without disturbing others.

Very well built, ideal for getting you in the right posture and keeping you moving. The height can be adjusted. It would have been nice if the seat had a bit more padding, it's a bit stiff so not really suitable for long hours.

We have 8 pieces in the class, we are happy to buy. High school students love them; also adults. The height is easily adjustable. They are strong and stable but easy to move. They're comfortable for students with ADHD but not as disruptive as yoga balls. Some of our students bought them for use at home.

This is a good quality stool to buy if you are looking for an ergonomic stool. Before that I bought a stool from another brand with a soft seat. I thought the padding would increase comfort, but I was wrong! The flat seat is better and improves balance and comfort. It will take you time to get used to the chair, but you will learn to balance.
