Review on Alessi Parrot Sommelier Style Corkscrew Multi Color by Carlos Long
The colors are more muted than in the photo.
I wasn't as happy with this product as the others for two reasons: 1. The colors of the parrot weren't as bright as the photo. True colors are duller.2. The mechanical design of the corkscrew itself is very simple. A more functional design is Le Creuset's Screwpull (ref. WT-110), which has a ratchet-like mechanism that makes removing the cork much easier. My parrot has already flown out of the chicken coop on ebay.
