Review on 💅 SHANY 36W UV Nail Dryer Lamp/Light for Acrylic, Gel Polish, and Nail Curing with Sliding Tray, Timer Setting, and SPA Equipment by Kerri Houston

I bought SHANY UV Gel Light because I spent a lot of money on a manicure/pedicure. After doing all the research I could I read the reviews and settled on this one. It was relatively cheap compared to other gel UV lamps and according to other reviews it worked just as well (if not better in some cases). Delivery was fast enough, well packaged. It arrived in perfect condition, there wasn't a scratch or mark on the box that came with the package - so that was a relief. I hate receiving packages that look like they were kicked on the soccer field. I've had gel nails done with the Gelish gel system (ph primer/base/varnish/top coat) and have had no problems. However, I did notice a difference in performance when using IBD Pink Builder Gel. Doesn't appear to be cured either. I can't specifically attribute this to SHANY gel polish as maybe it's because I'm new to nail art. I just want to point out that there was a difference in healing. I found that I had to cure longer than the recommended time to avoid "over curing" the gel. I now know that there are differences in curing depending on the viscosity and color of the gel. I'll get a better idea of using it and become more knowledgeable about gel nails.
