I used these nails (100/box) to attach a 2" sheet of foam to the studs and rafters in the attic. These ring shank nails worked well, but as other reviewers have pointed out, these thin 3 inch long nails bend easily. Don't be careless with a hammer. Hitting the hammer off center will warp the nail. I ended up choking on my hammer trying to hammer those nails.
