Wow! I wanted to hire someone to do this for me, but I decided to take care of it myself. Thank god I did. The product came with everything you need as advertised in the photos. All you need is a drill and maybe a stud locator so you don't make the mistake of drilling a hole right where the stud is. I put mine in the perfect spot behind a mounted TV, but after drilling a hole I noticed a firewall right below. Ouch! Now I have some extra work to do. I didn't know of any other way to do it and I definitely had no intention of postponing it. So I went to Home Depot and bought another hole saw that was slightly larger than the tubing intended for drilling the firewall. I had to cut the drywall so there was enough room to drill at a good angle. I had to use my drywall/painting skills to patch it up, but I was glad it worked. Looks like I didn't even cut the drywall. Otherwise everything else was great. Looks good and I'm glad I didn't pay anyone for it.
