The best part about this software is their customer support team. The second would be how easy the application could adapt to your business needs as quickly or slow as needed. I have heard that they make changes very slowly over time when you're paying them an annual fee so be aware! They also don't seem too keen on taking suggestions from customers but instead just implement what was previously suggested by someone else who had paid thousands of dollars in fees for nothing. If you need help implementing something within the program then chances are good they will do everything possible to sell you more features rather than actually helping you out. This has been helpful at times but not always. It's hard for me to say whether i'd recommend anyone using gameplan because we got our implementation done quicker without the extra cost (this may depend upon the amount you intend to spend).
