The ad claims 20-22 inch hair. That is not at all accurate. Maybe there are a few strands that maybe stretch to that length, but I doubt it. Also, the hair is NOT all the same length. In fact, it seems like a mannequin that someone has already cut into, OR it is simply misleading advertising. I'm sorry I bought this mannequin. I will try Sally's next time because I feel that I was ripped off.
