Great product great customer service

When I received this product it came with the wrong seat belt for my truck but as I needed to use it immediately I made a small modification to get it working. I came back from a trip and forgot everything. BTW this is a great controller with a lot of great features like the ability to increase/decrease braking on the go with the press of a button. A few days later I received an email from the seller asking if I was happy with my purchase. I explained the situation and they quickly sent me the correct tourniquet. I highly recommend this seller
