Review on Panda Wireless PAU09 N600 Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter with Dual 5dBi Antennas - Windows, Linux, and Raspbian Compatible by Hassan Tomlinson

So after I published my bad review of the product, the customer service contacted me and worked with me for several days to solve the problem. When nothing worked they sent me a replacement which worked great from the time it arrived. I have updated my review and recommend this product. Thank you, downloaded the driver on the computer and connected the pau09 adapter to the computer. nothing has happened. no light and pressed button .nothing.no activity. cannot receive a signal. moved the adapter to all the ports i have. I have a good Wi-Fi signal and other devices can connect. I switched to my old Cisco wireless adapter driver (this is a backup as the previous pau06 panda died within 1+ year of use - Pau 06 was purchased in August 2015) and was able to connect my computer to wifi . I checked the Panda website for updated drives and did everything all over again - still no action. I sent an email to customer support. I will update this review if anything positive comes up.
