Tested on a sunny day and connected my Pixel 4 XL directly to it. I was getting about 1% charge per minute, on par with the wall charger. The panel folds into a very handy package that weighs about 2 pounds and easily fits in a pocket. I constructed a rigid frame out of 1/2" 40 grade PVC and used velcro cable ties to attach it with the included mounting loops so it can be hung from a backpack or positioned as needed to provide access to the sun. The best One way to do this is to charge a large power bank during the day and then use it to charge phones overnight.
