Very helpful company. I have a question about the product, yes although it is a yarn, as I have used it with my 2mm silica wick to convert the cartomizers for my KangerTech atomizers. The woman answered my question VERY quickly and solved my "problem" which was MY problem and not this company. It's so soft and cozy I stopped using it for wicks lol and asked my grandma to knit me a beanie hat out of it. Looks great with my white Dickies suit. Ha! So a big thank you to the lady I emailed, you were incredibly helpful and I will definitely be buying more different colors and asking dear old grandma to knit me some hats. :-)
