Review on 🔄 Standard Multi-Stage TFC Reverse Replacement by Ryan Koser

Our reverse osmosis filter system used an APEC filter. So when it came time to change filters, I naturally went with an APEC filter. To our surprise and chagrin, one of the connecting ends of the activated carbon filter broke and water leaked out, flooding the cabin under the kitchen sink. While looking for a replacement I came across this kit which is almost half the price of the ARES kit. While I'm skeptical, I don't want another APEC fiasco, so I gave this set a try. Our unfiltered water has a TDS of around 280-300. With the APEC filter installed, TDS is around 80-100. Still high, but I thought it had to do with the source's high TDS. I was surprised by this set, the TDS dropped to 30-50. At almost half the cost of an APEC kit, this one offers much better performance. Since the lifespan of this filter set is currently unknown, I'm giving it five stars for now.
