Very scratchy and oversized

The velcro strap is too long causing me to use the last quarter inch of the strap in the neck instead of the whole strap. The rest of the strap is simply unfastened by hand. The material is very poor and itches badly around the corners and on the edges of the velcro straps. Although it can be colorful and beautiful, I don't wear it more than 10 minutes because it is very troublesome.
