I'm 33 years old, 5ft 2in, 125lbs, but I have strong hips that are not as proportioned and a very short waist. I like them because they fit well (not too high waist), are airy and very light. I wear them for watersports and they dry very quickly too. I chose the medium size because I like the looser shorts and leg openings, but the small ones will fit as well.
