Cute! So pretty! - 2 stars Unfortunately it is too heavy and falls off at the slightest touch. and the spices flow right out. So no - it's not just that it spills right onto your food, but every time it tips over a lot of salt and a good amount of pepper spills all over the place. Table. I personally put the pepper in a big bird so the pepper doesn't come out as quickly as the bird has more room on the sides than small birds meaning the pepper makes less mess that way. . I could use wax by melting the wax and rolling the top through - wait for it to cool then only punch 1 hole through at a time. Although they still come quickly in 1 hole to do something other than pour some in my hand and sprinkle with a pinch, if they flip it will cut the mess in half. But then I think about this house and all the boys we're raising in it. All I know is that my diligent efforts would be beneficial. They still tip them over from time to time and make a mess on the table, and I can be sure that someone - or, as in my house, "nobody" and "there was none". 't me' will mess with them and end up pushing the wax away! 😝 If you just love buying cute S&P shakers - they're adorable and I would only recommend them as a display pair; I can't recommend them as a working pair though Recommend S&P shakers (at least not for the people who like them!
