Bought this board for me and a friend to use mainly on calm waters. We are in our 60's and have only tried fixed board paddling a couple of times and I was hesitant to take an inflatable but I realized we couldn't transport a fixed board in our cars so we had no choice. It turns out to be a great choice! The board has everything you need to get started. The user guide could have provided more information for beginners, but I found Awesafe to be very quick to respond to questions via email (although their email address doesn't always work?). We were able to inflate the board to 12psi in about 13 minutes (tedious but doable) and I was very surprised at how stiff the inflated board was. I can't tell an inflated board from a hard one. We then took it to the pond in moderate winds and were very pleased with how easy it was to row and manoeuvre. We look forward to using it in ponds and lakes and I expect to be comfortable enough with it to use in still waters on Cape Cod. I am very happy with the board and customer support from Awesafe and would highly recommend this board to anyone. Can't tell if an experienced rower will like this but it's great for us beginners and very easy to inflate/deflate and carry around. Thank you EweSafe!
