Thermometer exactly as described, looks and feels good. The user interface is simple (as it should be), and the ability to turn on the backlight for 10 seconds at a time with a single button press was particularly useful to me. It's supposed to be waterproof, and while I didn't have the guts to submerge it in water, it looks like it should survive a brief stint below the surface. I wish the magnets were a little stronger when sliding across the fridge door. Maybe it's because the plastic covering on the door is thicker than usual, because the thermometer sticks well to other vertical metal surfaces that aren't covered with a plastic layer. Overall I think I got my money's worth with this purchase.
