The ease of use and fast response time from customer service makes this software great to get started with at our clinic! It's easy for anyone in any department to answer questions, but it can be tough when you're dealing with multiple departments (e-mailing one person versus another). You want someone who knows their stuff right off or else they won't help as quickly once an issue arises. I think if we could have had more training options within each category/department like how other companies do - then maybe things would work better? Some features are not very intuitive until after some research has been done which may take longer than expected depending upon what part of town your working in. We've found that by using Epipulse, there hasn't really ever been anything "missed" since all data is stored online so easily accessible via computer anywhere in the office.
