A little big
I have a very fat cat I bought this for him to get some exercise and it was very easy to put on. Mainly because he can't run away. Although it's a little big around the neck, nothing a safety pin can't handle. I also tried using it on my little cat and it could slip off pretty easily so make sure you test the fit before taking your cat outside.
