Excellent product. My husband discovered the Squatty Potty brand a few years ago and now swears by it; He can go to the bathroom and come back in literally 2-3 minutes using this thing. This is a weird little miracle worker. (So if you're wondering if the commode chair idea is just a gimmick, I can tell you it's not!) But I personally hated the squat potty (hereafter referred to as the SP). We have 750 sqm. an apartment with a tiny bathroom and that's not the kind of place SP is made for. Even when pushed fully against the toilet, he still protruded too far into the walking space, resulting in bruised toes and scraped ankles. Also, as a person with back and hip problems, I could never use it because you have to sit so unnaturally when using it. Enter this product. These little stools fix all of the SP's shortcomings while retaining the same benefits. They fit perfectly on both sides of the toilet without getting in the way at all and they can also be stacked if we want to store them that way. Because they are two separate pieces and not a stool like the SP, they can be positioned anywhere, even much further apart. slim and has a trail contour that tells you which way to turn them, and both have a rubber bumper around the bottom to prevent slipping. One thing that differs from the SP is that they are slightly angled, which puts the front a little lower to the ground than the back. I don't know if that's good or bad, it's just different. Regardless, I'm very glad I replaced the Squatty Potty with these!
