Very strange smell, extremely unpleasant.
I actually made candles with two different waxes in the same batch for direct comparison. This wax melted at a lower temperature than the local beeswax I had and had a VERY bad smell, pungent like burnt orange peel. The smell dissipated a bit during the melting process but was very noticeable from the moment I opened the package. I am hypersensitive to allergens and the smell gave me a headache. I have been influenced by the many positive reviews for this product but I will not be buying from this seller again until quality control is corrected.
