HVAC techs couldn't tell me anything about my specific issue other than the Nest Thermostat which was causing problems with my new A/C due to constant amperage/magnitude due to the Nest Thermostat. They told me I need to replace my thermostat and get one that has an extra wire consolidation mechanism. It took 3 separate HVAC techs to get me there and after some research I found that my unit was affected by my wiring harness not having a "C" or common wire due to the age of the house/HVAC wiring . In my case, I could probably reconnect the thermostat with a wire harness that included the "C" wire, but it was easier to just buy this Nest Power connector and install it. Very easy to install and it saved me money and time. Highly recommended.
