I use these with the reusable homevative spray mop kit they first came with, and I also bought these replacement pads about a year later. These get my floors clean and are cost effective / environmentally friendly. They’re much thicker than other popular retail brand pads for hardwood floors. The cloth backing sticks reliably to the Velcro on the mop head and always stays in place. Some reviewers have complained that they don’t glide across the floor easily, but that’s because they’re bone dry when you start. You have to moistened it a little first with water just for lubricant. I just spray it quick under the sink and then get going, and have no problem guiding with ease. I also take the pad off between rooms and rinse with hot water in the sink, wring, and continue. I use a 25% vinegar to hot water solution with about 1tbsp natural detergent and 10 drops essential oil for fragrance in my spray container. After I’m done with the pad, I rinse in the sink, wring out, and hang dry off the side of a laundry basket. When I collect a few I wash them with regular detergent and machine dry. I’ve never had one get damaged, just got replacements because I lost one. They aren’t stained and don’t collect lint or pulls. Little pieces of hair balls come right off easily. I will never go back to disposable floor pads ever again.
