It's very easy to set up. I had no problems setting it up or integrating into my website once everything was setup correctly. The integration process took me longer than expected just because of all that goes in behind every feature being enabled but after doing research beforehand the time investment should not be too much for most people who are new to this type of software. Customer support is also great! They respond quickly whenever we have questions about something specific to our account which has helped us feel more at ease using their service as well as giving helpful tips when needed. Not many issues so far; however if there were any they would likely be solved quite easily through contacting customer care. This product does provide lots of features while having simple design making navigation easier for users like myself without extensive programming experience. We use help visitor to gather information regarding potential web traffic for one particular section of an article i am writing/writing currently.
