Review on SELS Dimmable Vintage Filament Standard by Monique Franco

This was an experimental purchase. I thought it would be fun in my vintage beachfront bathroom. I'm a renter and I'm stuck with 70's bathroom items for now. Rather than fight that, I use a teak finish and add some modern vintage touches. I replaced the big white balls with these over the sink. I doubted the amber of the light, afraid too much yellow would make me look sick. But it works! I bought a 60 watt bulb so it's a little brighter than the 40 watt bulbs I replaced. But the finish on these bulbs is very pale and looks great in my all white bathroom. (no yellow on white base) I don't wear makeup in this room so that might be one of the things to note.
