This is not a paid review. I installed it yesterday and here are my observations: - The installation was relatively quick. All the plug-in connections made the connection less painful. The bracket that holds the 3-stage filter is incredibly cheap and flimsy. The filters swing back and forth when the filters are manipulated - The screw connections on the UV canister are leaky at the factory. I had to remove two of them and fix the leak. - After standing for a while, the water comes out HOT. This is because the UV lines are connected to the cascade of the system. There's nothing quite like coming back from a run, opening the RO in the sink and getting HOT water. Pooh. Overall I am not satisfied with the product. If I had known all this, I would obviously have chosen a different brand.
