I have 68 photo albums and two boxes with slide boxes. There is a learning curve and not everything is in the manual. I've tried calling for information over the phone, but I can't stand long conversations. The information on the Internet is the same as in the prospectus. This is quite enough to copy to the hard drive. Goes slow with very old photos that vary in size. The color on the slides needs to be adjusted to make the bright scenery look like it should. I had to learn too. Slides take time to insert properly. It depends on how you want them to look, how long it takes to place them in the mount and adjust them.
