It's SHARP! in the kitchen and dining room
I needed one that could give me a certain thickness and this one worked perfectly. The first swipe of an apple for my dehydrator got me looking for this glove! I really like what I need, but I could see how tough a veg can be a bit chewy. do what i did Stand in front of it and apply pressure with one hand while stabilizing the mandolin with the other. Don't forget it's spicy!
