When I first received the clip on the canister was missing. I called 800 for Shark three days ago and received a replacement today. I used to have pet Bissel, three large dogs and Shark seems to be picking up 3 year old junk which Bissel completely overlooked. Although I initially had an issue with a missing clip, it was taken care of immediately. This Shark is better than the Dyson I had (I've always had dogs, usually have to buy a new one every 3-5 years so I've had a lot of dogs). I've tried every brand over the years but for some reason never Shark... glad I tried it!
