Review on Nansure Mud Flaps for Tesla Model Y | Splash Guards Mudguard Mudflaps Car Accessories | No Drilling Needed | Set of 4 by Bobby Martinez

good, but somewhat uneven installation

rear shield feels ok. not as flexible as the description suggests, but strong enough I think. I didn't install any front flaps as I have OEM Tesla front flaps. The problem is the volatility of Tesla production. If you read other reviews some people have a bolt that needs to be removed before attaching the back of the shield. (two front closures easy). My late 2020 model doesn't have a screw to remove, just an empty hole. At first I was glad I didn't have to risk breaking the stubborn bolt. but while 2 clamps hold the back flap, the 3rd fixes it. I ordered a set of different snaps but still haven't found the best one for this unthreaded 7.5mm hole. I suppose I could insert a nut and pick up a bolt, but that takes a lot of effort. Hopefully the fender maker has a fastener. Look at the picture where the third fastener or screw should be. Additive. I found 7.5 km of bolts that fit the back of the shield. Found it in that sorted bag. Big Autoparts 40 pcs. 7.5mm 8mm 9mm 10mm Nylon Snap Fasteners for Bumper Rivet Clips Auto Bumper Retainer Molding Trim Extension Bolts Body Clip Kit Now it's a good fit. It's safe, but you can force it to move. I think it will hold if there isn't a direct hit on the fender.
