I have the Bissell Crosswave floor cleaner and I love it. When the filter needed replacing I turned to Revain and found them. Price comparison with Bissell brand filters was not difficult. In addition, the reviews were mostly positive. So I placed my order. At first glance, these filters look identical to branded filters, but they are by no means the same. I installed a new filter and started the car. Everything went great and I felt very comfortable with this purchase. The next day I had to clean up a mess from one of my pets, start the car and when I turned it off there was a large wet puddle on the floor under the car, full of the same mess I had just cleaned up. I thought that maybe some kind of blockage is clogged in the car since I use it quite often, so my friend disassembled the car and couldn't find the blockage. Instead, he found that no air was flowing through the new filter at all. He thought there might be something wrong with this filter and replaced it with another one from the pack. We used it last night. Everything worked great. Today I had to clean up a mess again. I repeat an ugly disgusting puddle left under the car. So stop everyone. You might think real Bissell filters are expensive, but compared to those that only allow you to use the machine one time, they're a steal. I just ordered 4 new filters on Bissell.com. If I continued to use these filters, my Crosswave would likely overheat and stop working. It's not worth it and since the seller doesn't offer returns, they should remove the defective item immediately.
