I love that this organizer is wide enough to fit 2 shoes side by side. The hanging shoe organizer I had before was wide enough to only fit one shoe per slot, which was quite annoying (see the organizer on the left in the attached image). This organizer has a solid feel and solid bottom for each slot. If you're packing heavier items in this piece it might be worth getting the small cedar inserts, but if you're just putting shoes/boots/sandals in, like I did, then no additional purchases are necessary. I also like the wide suspension at the top. This leads me to believe it won't easily detach after adding a small amount of weight (unlike some other hanging organizer options that have a thinner or single attachment point).
