Review on 🏌️ Golf Exerciser Resistance Bands - Fitness & Pilates Workout Gym Sports Swing Cord by KIKIGOAL by Andrew Woodruff

Efficient golf trainer

The KIKIGOAL elastic band was ordered to strengthen the arms and core muscles during and after the golf season. . I've used several bands in the past, but none had a golf crank built in. This feature makes it much easier to use and certainly mimics how a pen should move on impact when used properly. The swing trainer has a fixed golf grip on one end, a resistance tube in the middle and a handle with a strap on the other end. Depending on which side of the body you are training, the handle can be placed under one of your legs. In addition, the golf grip is a training grip in which both hands are ideally located on the grip. I've used one of these grips on a weighted practice club for years and it helps give your hands a "reminder" of golf club position. The product description says it can be used to warm up. Not sure if it should be used to warm up before playing golf. Maybe there are those who use this tutorial for this purpose. However, I would prefer to relax my arms, legs, and core in other ways before hitting the golf ball. However, it is a great tool for arm and core strength training and muscle memory. It also comes with a nice zippered carry case. It fits comfortably in a tote bag and can be easily stowed in a golf bag. CONCLUSION: This is a great weight training tool whether it's golf or anything else. The band creates muscle memory and the golf grip provides a comfortable hand position on the club. I really enjoy using this tutorial and will order this exercise band again if the need arises.
