Not worth your time or parrots.
It was a joke! These small purchases are small enough to accommodate even a very small finch. That's all! My wife hasn't even looked at them and I bought them a few months ago. My budgie doesn't even have spare parts for it. So I don't recommend them unless you have a very, very small canary or finch.
