Very nice collar with bell, very high quality made of beautiful Japanese fabric. The bell is on the larger side so it hangs a bit lower but it's pretty too. What is unique about our cat is that while grooming, she can reach the bell under her chin, so she pulls and chews on it. She actually deformed the bell by crushing it in her jaws while it's still hanging around her neck. I can hear them chewing at night when we go to bed sometimes. This tends to loosen the collar so that it hangs lower and lower. I'm afraid she might end up chewing on the bell and choking on it, which could result in constipation (she's such a cat). This seems to be a particular problem only for our cat - we have never given this to other cats. I'm buying a new collar from the same company just in a different style so hopefully she won't get to the ringer. chew it We need a bell because this cat is young and trying to play with our older cat who doesn't always want to play. The bell helps to warn the older cat of Zasha's arrival.
