Specify disposable packaging.

These are 5 star bags but 4 star rating as the description is misleading. They cannot be reused after food has been stored under vacuum. Chicken, salmon, steaks, it just doesn't work. These are fantastic disposable bags. Unless you really want to try to clean the inside of the bag, I think they are disposable. Amazing for the sous vide part of sealing and cooking in water. I never thought of using them as freezer bags but I'm sure they're pretty thick. Once you have ordered a set of bags, next time simply order replacement bags and save money.
