Review on Data Shark 70007 Complete Network by Josh Cox

Not bad for the money.

Very nice instrument but I don't see the Paladin name anywhere on the instrument I received. My name is Datashark. The tools seem to be working fine. This is my first time making my own cables, so it's difficult for me to compare the quality. I did three cables tonight just to see how well it works. The incisors were sharp and worked well. The crimps lined up well when complete. All cables have been tested and work as expected. The only complaint is that the case is very thin. I assume that the hull locks will loosen in the first few months. For me, coincidence is one of the reasons I bought this particular tool set; I like having all the tools in one place, easy to find and organize. This case will not last long. The kit comes with clear and easy to follow instructions. Overall a good buy for the money but I wouldn't count on them for commercial use. Good for occasional use, but I'd spend more if my work depended on it.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Bad impression
