It's a good replacement and one of the fastest Prime delivery I've had.
It has a comfortable touch, its grip is harder than the original but it's not that bad. Using this on a TackLife grinder but needs updating. It's not a straight fit, it has 4 holes, but the Tacklife thread is 1/16th wider on all 4 taps. I drilled all 4 holes on the block to 5/16 and added 4 washers to the bolts. Worked great but didn't offer this method for everyone. Not the manufacturer's fault, he took a chance because it looked so close and it was part luck, part skill. If you have the right (suitable) grinder, I can recommend it.
