Dishwasher was purchased less than three years ago. The wheels started falling off the bottom shelf of KitchenAid when it was less than a year old. I've spent the last two years lifting and removing the rack, believing it would cost a fortune to fix. On a whim, I googled the wheels to replace the dishwasher. I could not believe my eyes! Fifteen bucks and now I can slide the pole in and out! I'm a mechanical nerd, so it took me a few tries to figure out that the tabs had to be slid below horizontal before the device locked into place. Not the product's fault, although a little more guidance would have been nice. All in all, I'm super excited.
