I am very impressed with this perfect chef's knife. When I use it the cuts are so precise and crisp and leave no dents. Simply pulling through the food will cut it. If you look directly at it you can see how thin the blade is, but there is absolutely no curvature. Definitely not a knife for beginners. I can maneuver with precision and my control is absolute. With the long handle, my grip feels very comfortable and natural. Everything is one whole, so there is nowhere for bacteria to find a safe haven and multiply. It uses a new generation of steel and is very different from any other knife I currently own, with the exception of my other Hast knives. It's very, very sharp and after many days of heavy use I still haven't had to sharpen it. I am very pleased with the quality and functionality of this incredible chef's knife and will be using it for many years to come. Very very nice. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
