I love how easy it is to use and how it makes it so easy to see what our current customers are searching for. I wish it had a better calendar view of all the searches so we could see the trends of what people are searching for. I wish we could have a better reporting tool. I wish it had a better way to export the data to a spreadsheet. I am able to see what our customers are searching for and I am able to see where they are searching on the internet. I am able to see what our competitors are searching for and use that to my advantage.
